About Crafted Interest

Thoughtful strategy, practical systems, and visibility built around your business

Hi, I’m Regina, founder of Crafted Interest and a Visibility Systems Consultant.

Before starting Crafted Interest, I worked across structured, detail-driven roles, including regulated financial environments where precision, documentation, organization, and adapting to changing standards mattered.

That experience shaped the way I approach problems today. I like understanding how the pieces of a system connect, finding the places where something isn't working as well as it could, and creating a clearer, more practical way forward.

But I’ve always paired that analytical side with strong visual thinking and creative problem-solving.

Over time, I began thinking seriously about building a second career of my own. I had watched talented, experienced people become increasingly vulnerable in a changing economy, and I wanted to create something sustainable—something built around skills and knowledge I could continue developing and expanding.

Like many small business owners, once I began building online, I quickly encountered another challenge:

Being good at what you do doesn't automatically mean people will find you.

I started exploring organic marketing and the different ways a small business can build discoverability without depending entirely on paid advertising or constant social media activity.

That exploration eventually led me to Pinterest.

I invested in Pinterest marketing education and then continued well beyond it—researching current platform practices, search behavior, keyword strategy, content planning, analytics, and the systems required to manage Pinterest consistently.

Pinterest became an important specialty within Crafted Interest. But working deeply with visibility also reinforced something broader:

Marketing rarely succeeds or fails because of one isolated tactic.

A business can have great content but an unclear path to its offers. A beautiful website can still leave visitors unsure what to do next. Marketing channels can operate independently instead of supporting one another. Valuable content can disappear into disorganized workflows. And business owners can spend enormous amounts of time staying “busy” with marketing without becoming meaningfully more visible.

The pieces have to work together.

That understanding shaped Crafted Interest into what it is today.

I now help small businesses and creators look at visibility more holistically—identifying what's working, finding gaps and opportunities, creating clearer priorities, and helping put practical improvements into place.

That may mean conducting a comprehensive Visibility Assessment and creating a personalized roadmap. It may mean hands-on implementation of better workflows, lead pathways, content systems, or simple automation. And for businesses where Pinterest is the right discovery channel, it may mean building and managing a strategic Pinterest presence designed for long-term organic visibility.

A boutique approach by design

Crafted Interest is intentionally personal.

There’s no agency hand-off and no oversized team passing your business from person to person. When you work with Crafted Interest, I’m the person reviewing your business, developing your recommendations, completing the work, and communicating with you.

I also don't believe every business needs more platforms, more content, more software, or more complexity.

Sometimes the most valuable improvement is recognizing what you don't need—and strengthening the systems and opportunities that already make sense for your business.

My approach is thoughtful, organized, research-driven, and practical. I want you to understand what matters, why it matters, and what should happen next.

Whether I'm examining the bigger visibility picture, implementing an improvement behind the scenes, or managing Pinterest as a long-term discovery channel, the goal is the same:

Help the right people find and understand your business while making visibility easier for you to sustain.

If you enjoy handling these things yourself, I hope you'll find useful ideas in Crafted Insights and my free resources.

And if you'd rather spend your time creating, serving your clients, developing your products, or simply running your business, that's exactly why Crafted Interest exists.
